So what’s new at bear
necessities and bear feet?

It’s been a busy year! After all the extensions and shopfitting for the new Bear Feet and the extended Special Occasion section of Bear Necessities, I proclaimed “Well, that’s it, I am not spending any more this year!”.

I’m afraid to say that I just could not help myself. With the result though, that Bear Necessities Boutique (as it has now been renamed) on the ground floor is looking “Absolutely Fabulous”.

Lots more space to browse, new shopfittings, new lighting and the most fabulous Pink Carpet means, well you’ve just got to see it for yourself, we girls are all delighted!

The shoe boot and bag selections are proving to be very popular with great prrice structures from the less expensive to a little bit of luxury with probably the biggest and most diverse special occasion collection in the country.

Collections range from high fashion thru to elegant special occasion and a very glam evening wear collection. Now you have been taken through the shop it is time to finish off your day with perhaps a little must have gift or an extra special card - look no further than Bear Feet Gifts... it's a Girl Thing! So enjoy your visit.

Maggie Robins on stage at the 2007 fashion show

Sunday the 28th of October saw our Annual Fashion Show, held at the Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder. There was an afternoon and an evening show, with our stunning Autumn/Winter Collections. We had a very glamorous time, showcasing our collections on the catwalk. I think people were suprised at just how much a broad range of styles we actually sell.

This year all the girls in the shop felt that they would like to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research and our wonderful local hospital St. Margarets which serves the community so well. So far we have raised nearly £25,000. A big thank you to everyone who attended and for your support towards the charities.
